API consumers will be given an account to define their applications and provided the url for each environment (dev, test, stress, prod) to the WSO2 API Manager store webapp.
As part of defining the application, consumers can subscribe to the APIs that will be used in their application.
The subscription provides the application with the OAuth2 credentials necessary to invoke APIs.
